Chef Remon Nabil Hanna brings an expertise of 17 years within the culinary world. He has started his career back in Le Meridien Hotels overlooking the Italian and Seafood cuisine and continued within different positions in Hyatt Hotels. He has been part of the pre-opening team of Catch Restaurant and Lounge and is now re-joining the team of The St. Regis Abu Dhabi for the opening of Catch at St. Regis. Chef Remon is an expert on suggesting and implementing new ideas and recipes and creative innovative concepts.
For Chef Remon, cooking for others is a joy. "I believe that our responsibility is to bring soul to the recipes we prepare. The ingredients themselves and each of them have an amazing story to tell and savour. We as Chefs, must use these ingredients to create dishes that will connect to the emotions of the guests. Cooking is not just a simple dish execution, cooking is and should be a combination of art and craft".
